Andrzej Chybicki, Ph.D. Eng.
Co-founder, CEO
Andrzej holds a PhD in Computer Science and is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics at Gdańsk University of Technology. As CEO of Inero, he is responsible for the company’s management, finances, contracts, marketing, and client relations. He also manages selected technology projects.
His professional interests include the practical application of AI, the development of digital products, and the impact of new technologies on business.
Waldemar Korłub, Ph.D. Eng.
Co-founder, CTO
Waldemar holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics at Gdańsk University of Technology. As CTO, he oversees Inero’s key projects, technology architecture, and cybersecurity.
His professional interests include distributed and cloud systems, artificial intelligence, resource management, and the security of IT systems.

The core of Inero is responsible for the direction of the company, technology architecture, security, and delivery. When a project requires additional expertise or capacity, we involve AI consultants and trusted partner companies from our established network.
The composition of the team follows the problem to be solved. Roles, responsibilities, and decision-making remain explicit, regardless of how many people or organisations contribute to the project.
AI agents as a programmable work layer
A growing range of work can be described, programmed, and assigned to AI agents. Depending on the project, they can support work with documents, code, configurations, tests, verification, and repeatable operational processes.
We treat agents as controlled elements of a wider system. Their scope, access, data sources, and expected outputs are defined in advance. Results are reviewed where the risk requires it, and responsibility for architecture, security, and delivery remains with people.
